• Our team comes dressed in the manner you request. Be it casual, Sharp casual, Suit or Tuxedo. We honor you by following your dress code. Since we are professionals, we act professional at your event. You will not have to worry about fowl comments from our team directed to any of your guests or you. Again, being professional is in our nature and what we do best.
• Our team does not eat or drink(alcohol) at your event. We do appreciate any offers, but please understand that we are representing you and want to give you and your guests the best quality event possible. Eating and socializing will be done on our time, not yours.
• The music reflects your taste and requests. The Upbeats DJ’s team will follow your itinerary and request list as written, by you. The instructions come from hours of planning and meeting with you to make the most of your special day. This is your once in a lifetime event, and should be treated as such.
• We arrive when we say we will arrive to your event (as stated on the contract). Many times, we arrive earlier than stated just to guarantee that everything will go as planned.
• We encourage feedback any time before, during and after your event. Granted we always do a follow-up 7-14 days after your evening date either by phone or email. This way you have an opportunity to give us honest comments. This is part of our “commitment to excellence” standard.
• And finally, Upbeats DJ’s guarantees each celebration to be just that, a celebration. It is your day and you need not put any mental stress into the celebration. With our planning with you and understanding your vision. We will take it from their helping you create long lasting memories.
